Oh Bear, Bear!

I had to write a quick blog about Troy's bear, Bear. He LOVEs Bear. Troy and Bear have an amazing connection. They are best friends, and spend all day together. Bear is calm and patient with Troy, putting up with being roughed up and chewed on. Since we took Troy's binki away a while ago, Bear had replaced the bink as Troy's security item. (He also has his blanket but it doesn't come close to comparing to Bear). If Troy falls down, doesn't feel good, or is tired, he asks for Bear, and Bear makes it all better. Bear has gone through a lot of washings, as Troy is constantly sucking and chewing on his nose. It's disgusting! It's been discolored orange, red, and yellow because of various snacks Troy has had, and then chews on Bear. Bear is only so strong, though, and eventually, his nose was chewed off and then stretched out for a very odd looking schnoz. Troy would hold him up and say, "What happened Bear's nose? Take him to doctor?" We took him to Dr. Dad, who cut it off. No more chewing (to that severity) on Bear's nose. Anyway, I took a few cute pics of Bear and Troy and thought I'd post them.
