Rib Master

Chad has spent some considerable time looking at videos on Youtube and the trager grill website of different recipes for grilling ribs on the BBQ. He's seen some that look really good, and has been talking about it a lot and wanting to try his hand at them. We had a good opportunity a few weeks ago on a day that we both had off to spend some time trying out the ribs. Chad found some good meat at Costco, copied down a recipe he wanted to try, and made it happen. They turned out amazing! He was a little worried that they wouldn't be tender enough because we didn't have as much time to let them sit on the grill, but it didn't matter; the recipe is a winner! We invited my Dad over to join us for our rib feast since my Mom was out of town at the time, and now he's wanting to try his hand at grilling ribs on his traeger in McCall over Thanksgiving when my family will be up there. Mmmm....lookin forward to it. Good job, Chad. You're an amazing griller!
